UNAA LEAGUE COMPETITION 

ATHLETES EARN POINTS FOR COMPLETING OBSTACLES. THEY STOP EARNING POINTS AFTER FAILING THREE TIMES. ATHLETE MAY RUN UNTIL THE TIME EXPIRES. SIGN UPS WILL BE THROUGH NINJAMASTERAPP.COM

FINA LEAGUE COMPETITION

FINA has three styles SPEED, ENDURANCE AND NINJA VS NINJA

FINA has no fall limit. Each obstacle is worth one. If you miss you fail to gain the point and move onto the next obstacle. Most points and fastest time wins.

Speed- athletes will run twice on the same course. Each course is designed to be completed in less than 90 seconds. 

Endurance- athletes will get one run. These courses are longer and may be hard to finish in the allotted time.

NinjaVNinja- head-to-head races. Very few gyms offer this style. So, you won't need to prequalify to participate at worlds. 

HOME OR FUN COMPS

HOUSE RULES WILL BE APPLIED. RULES MAY VERY FROM EACH COMPETITION. SIGN UP WILL BE DONE BY EMAILING NINJASUMNER@GMAIL.COM. PAYMENT WILL BE DUE PRIOR TO DAY OF COMP.

COSTUMES ARE ENCOURAGED BUT NOT REQUIRED. WE FOLLOW THE EDNA RULE, NO CAPES

WE WILL BE CELEBRATING THE HOLIDAYS BY RUNNING A CRAZY COURSE.
