Flying skills are one of the more fun skills to learn. It involves throwing your body from one object to another. You will hear the team lache said when describing this skill. To learn this skill we start you on ring or a trapeze bar and have you go a minimal distance for comfort.
Balance will be done with a lot of different variations. Walking across a static bar to a pvc pipe that spins as you run across. It takes leg and core strength to succeed and determination to get better.
Every skill will require a fair amount of strength. Body weight exercises are the way we develop the muscles needed to preform bigger movements. Rope climbs, dead hangs, and planks are some of our favorites.
Swinging is something kids learn at a young age and adults forget how to do. Its all about timing. We will teach you are tried and true technique to develop a strong and powerful swing.
A good swing makes flying easier. But while you're learning how to properly swing, we can still learn some fun skills. Laches require you to let go with both hands and fly through the air to another obstacle. It seem scary but when you get it down is a principal skill used in every class.
Most adults do not know how to, or do not possess the strength needed to do a pull up. This is where we can help. We do not directly do exercises to achieve a pull up. Just playing around and getting better at ninja will build those muscles. Every athlete is different, but if you stick with it we will strive to get you your first pull up.
We are happy to say we have a wall for most levels of athlete. From 6ft to 14.5 ft. The warped wall is a fan favorite and requires confidence, speed and well tied shoes. We always start small and build up to the higher walls to help with confidence and safety.
Iconic obstacle from American ninja warrior and shows like arrow. The salmon ladder is a fun skill to show off your explosive power. Requiring a strong pull up, this obstacle is more on the advanced side. If this is a dream you've had to conquer the ladder. We know what it takes to build the technique required. We have a few different variations for beginner to expert
The favorite skill from our past. Monkey bars require a fair amount of shoulder strength. We don't take shoulders strength for granted here. It will be a main focus. We have the ability to monkey bar on a wide variety of items from bars to ring and even bananas. Unleash your inner child and make working out fun again
This is not a normal gym. Our workouts are just a hard as a normal gym but way less monotonous. Lifting weights is not how a ninja get strong. We swing, jump, and move our body. Swinging will work your abs, arms, back, hips, and shoulders
Most of what we do will not feel like it directly effected your cardio, but i promise your muscles and lungs are feeling it. While your mind is concentration on the skill your body is working just as hard.
This is more than just a sport. Its a nod to childhood. Everything your doing is something you use to do as a kid. Run, jump, swing, fall down, get back up and try again. Ninja is about embracing failure to enjoy the success. Its a welcoming community that lifts and empowers. Its a sport for people to succeed and fail at your own pace. Its perfect for the youth or adult not wanting a team sport but wanting community
