Ninja is a fun and exciting way to workout without feeling like you're working out. However, just like any workout, it takes time to see results. Sumner Ninja asks you to give us four weeks to show you just how much you can accomplish. Wether it's spartan training or ninja training, we have modifications for all skill levels. Join us today for a class and see how much fun it can be
