With any workout program it takes time to see results. Your fitness level will always be our starting point no matter where you are in your fitness journey. We pride ourselves on being the right gym for any fitness level. Ninja and spartan are both high impact activities, so your safety and health are our top priority. We can start as low as working on holding your own body weight and go as high as your skill level will allow.
