Tumbling
SATURDAY 12-1
$20+ tax/class
Learn to tumble, flip, and have body control/awareness.
Must have prior experience to attend class.
For athletes working towards a hand spring or more difficult.
warning:tumbling takes months or years of hard work.
We train you the correct way, so expect lots of drills. You will not be allowed to just throw a skill until coach Sarah feels your strong enough for safety.

Coach Sarah will be coaching recreational gymnastics classes for levels beginner to pre-team. With 8 years of being a gymnast followed by 7+ years of coaching classes from beginner gymnastics to level 6 team, coach Sarah has a large gymnastics background And can’t wait to get back into coaching. $10 trial classes are available before signing up (no trials for tumbling)
